Hi,

So, I was looking around different forums just to see how things are going around the web. I logged into my account on a sales forum called Sythe, and found this picture:
https://gyazo.com/e1d83f2bab029da62baa47e053731524

Which is a balance I was trying to sell, but according my my messages on there, I never ever got in contact with anyone interested.
What I am looking for, is if any one can remember which "large" online wallets there was available in 2014?
I remember BTC-e.com, I'm quite sure, but I can't seem to find anything on it anymore. Quite sure these funds never left what ever wallet I had them in. could be nice to find them

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

From the basic design, It's possible that it's from BTC-E yes, they rebranded to WEX.NZ so you can try accessing your account from there but I'm honestly not sure If the users got their funds back because there were hacked in the past and you also have Bittrex which was founded in 2014 and still exists.

In the screenshot, the language used is Danish and BTC-e.com was available in English/Russian/Chinese only. (website screenshot)
Blockchain.info was already alive in 2014 and it had 10-15 different languages (2014 archived here)
Coinbase too was there already but I don't think it is the wallet here. Or MtGox was operating up to February or March

The website is not in danish, only the notepad stating "icake from sythe 6th may 2014". I wish I had taken a larger screenshot for me to be able to determine the wallet now. It might be BTCe, but I guess they are lost.

BTC-E is not the only web wallet before, I tried to search on google about old web wallet from 2014 but some article looks updated that includes the latest web wallets. However, I found a record from archive.org where I think you can find the list of web wallets before.

Take a look at this archive link List of Bitcoin wallets

Just click the web tab and you will find the list of web wallets including xapo and coinbase wallet.

I'm not really know about old web wallet, only know blockchain. I think that probably an exchange site instead of online wallet, idk if exchange categorized as online wallet since you don't have full access to your coins.

I found this on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/4j0xjx/list_of_early_webbased_bitcoin_wallets/
Quote
There was MyBitcoin, Instawallet, Bitcoinica, MtGox, BitFloor, Cryptoxchange and at least a few others.
But some of them are exchange site tho....
