Yes, I agree with your point.

This is a takeover project and currently we are just setting up the foundation, like block explorer, wallets, website, etc.

Having this groundwork is a requirement and it will probably not interest investors that much.

We don't want to make empty promises either (you can see V1 or V2 threads for those :-) )



So please give us a bit more time for initial set up and then the new direction will be announced.



Faucet and bounties are definitely coming soon. They will be funded from the Ascension donation wallet.

This is a takeover project. We are different people from devs of Ascension V1 and Ascension V2.
As far as I know, most of the V1 or V2 promises never came to life. Unfortunately.

I believe that it will work from the 3rd time. But will not give you any feature promises at this stage.

Hey, the current wallet is very old. I guess it was forked from some ancient Bitcoin branch.

I am interested in making ASN wallet from BTC using more recent codebase. Please let me know if you are interested.
Perhaps you can create a fork of BTC, I’ll fork it to my github account and work on it, then merge upstream. Please PM to discuss.

I’d also like to join the dev team officially.

Thank you for offering your services.

I created a clone of bitcoin 0.13 (it is compatible with current ASN blockchain) in our github repo and replaced strings.
I thought this massive string renaming is easier to do in main repository than merging later.

So you can now fork this repo to your github, work on it and create PR. I'll try to help you on this, as I also think it is important.
See this commit for what was done and what still needs to be done.

Yes, our current Ubuntu binaries are compiled for 64 bit Linux. 32 bit and ARM support can be added later.
Our current focus is getting Windows / Mac binaries out.
