I find these rules unsual actually. We are to make 5 posts for the week?
so even if they are Junior or newbie as long as they have 10 posts, they can participate in the campaign. Is this what you mean?
Normally bounty campaign manager requires 10 posts per week to qualify for the week's pay. I would assume this is what you mean because is had been usual but then you are also paying per post like 20 stake per post for legendary members.
