This sums up the most reliable cryptocurrency exchange. Binance is in the lead, due to the large trade volume at approximately $1.5 billion in every 24 hour. I also do some trades in Bittrex and fortunately I don't have any issues regarding withdrawal and deposit but the exchange fees can be quite high, unlike Binance you can get some discount if you use their BNB token.

I don't have any experience in using those 2 exchange you've mentioned. But Binance is the best while Bittrex is the second.

Who cares about hackers when the owners of the exchange themselves are borderline scammers? Do you actually think locking accounts for 4-5 months is normal behavior? Binance is by far the most reliable one right now but I am expecting Poloniex to make a move on the top in the near future. Binance is most reliable right now because it has been around for less time than others but seen a lot of attacks and a lot of moves towards it while managing to defend itself and customers interest, they have a lot of options to trade and they take very little trading fee as well, maybe one bad side would be taking too much listing fee and taking too much withdrawal fee and that is the only bad thing about them.

However, poloniex got acquired by Circle which is backed by goldman sachs, this is why I think very soon there will be a lot of investments made to poloniex to take the lead and become bigger, at least big enough to be serving as a multiple coin exchange with top 3 volume hopefully.

At least from my own side, since I have always been using Binance and bittrex, I will say they are pretty reliable. I have never used Kraken, but I know it is one of the exchanges that have been available for a while now, whereas I am not even conversant with anything that has to do with Exmo anyway.

When it comes to reliability, I guess the best answer to that is to choose the exchange that has been in existence for a while, has great reviews online, and is being used well by most people as in that case, you are at least covered you do not have much to worry about.

Binance all the way. Right now binance is the exchange that everyone uses, even the most known big whales withdraw their money to binance because it has this huge volume there and they can sell their money there without ruining the prices too much, they still do but at least not as much as some other places. If some person decides to sell their bitcoin in some small local market they can literally drop it so much that they can make money from the arbitrage opportunity which is risky for everyone involved.

I've tried a lot if exchanges and I've never experience any problem. Delays isn't a big problem in any exchanges but it's normal due to heavy traffic on blockchain and also internet connection interference.
