You either need to state whatever challenge you are having so that help can be offered or you go to the Electrum sub-section part of the forum to see as I am sure, whatever challenge you are having, someone must have had the same or someone more experienced than would have offered some solutions. Rather than waiting for someone to spend his own Skype credit in reaching out to you to help.

Probably some Skype scam. From what I see (google), OP tries in all possible ways to lure people call him on Skype.

It seems highly unlikely that someone who is capable of finding a zero day would need help setting up electrum. Furthermore the people who would be interested in a zero day are not likely to fall for a scam.
