CSW apparently will dump 1M Bitcoin to crash the Market

I've heard rumors from people saying that CSW (Craig Wright) will be dumping all of his "APPARENT" Bitcoins onto the market thereby crashing the market.

Although i don't believe CSW is Satoshi , I think Nick Szabo is Satoshi Nakamoto.

What do u guys think? Will CSW actually do it? or is he just lying again?

i don't think he owns that much bitcoin to dump in first place and whatever amount of bitcoin he owns is his investment which he will never give up because despite what these people show publicly, bitcoin is the thing they truly believe in and know much better than you and me that it has a bright future.

their new fork is only an excuse for them to make more money. more money that they will then invest in bitcoin so that they can increase their stake in this limited supply and unique currency.

Craig Wright isn't Satoshi Nakamoto,which means that Craig Wright doesn't have 1M bitcoins.This is so simple.

Makes sense. It's quantitative easing but in the crypto world. But lets say if it did happen , wouldn't people just rebuy all of the coins BTFD? It seems like there are people out there who are buying large quantities of this "Digital gold"

If this did prove to be true then there wouldn't be much you could do to prepare for it except to get out while you still can. I'm almost certain that it's not true however. Even if he was Satoshi, why would he choose to dump his coins and effectively kill off his own creation in one fell swoop?

He's never been able to sign a message from early mining addresses. Why should we assume he's got the coins, especially after he's been caught lying before?

Also, whales might be greedy, they won't be dumping for some cheap price considering the price would tank when the order book fills at least half... If the so called 1 million coins were true, and even before he sells, he should move his coins to any exchange wallet. That would create panic among the investors and would drop the price to at least $4000. A month back a particular whale wallet consisting of 23000 bitcoins were moved to another wallet, that resulted in a drop of few hundred dollars within hours.

Claiming himself as satoshi doesn't mean that he is satoshi. He hasn't proved cryptographically that he is satoshi by signing up the messages with the private keys. Hence, he is lying again and would lie forever.

in any case OP is the only one who is making this claim so far! and it is a very strange one at that. not just because of debates about whether he is satoshi or not or if he even has that much bitcoin to dump. but because WHY would he even do that now! he is releasing an altcoin soon and every idiot on the planet knows if bitcoin goes down altcoins get dumped hard.

not to mention that a bitcoin price drop at this point triggers a massive scale FOMO buy of bitcoin and to do that people have to pull their money from altcoins. in other words if bitcoin drops, people rush to bitcoin and his altcoin fails in its first day

Every well thinking being knows that claiming to be satoshi like this con artist is doing will result in problems with the tax authority; if even one satoshi moves (doesn't matter who it is that's moving the coins), they'll knock on CSW's door a couple of hours later to claim tax over 1M coins. Probably it is time for you to stop thinking and stop hearing rumors, because everything you said makes you sound pretty absurd than you can imagine right now. Even if Craig wright wants to dump on the market, that is his own cup of tea but there is no single place on the net where he came out to say, 'hey guys, I am dumping on the market, so better watch out', this is just some stuffs you or maybe someone else fabricated in your dreams.

Secondly, no one knows the identity of satoshi, and it is going to remain like that forever, at least until further notice, so stop stressing your brain identifying Nick Szabo as satoshi or CW as it or not.

Hey u never know. CW just might be the one who possesses the private keys. I'm just seeing this and reporting back to you to see if the story is valid. Because in the world of crypto , u never truly know. What if Satoshi gave his keys to CW and he is waiting for the moment to dump it? Who knows. I'll trust you on that one.  Bitcoin personalities are among the things I'm extremely ignorant about, just like politics.  I suppose I should care more, but I just don't.

Ah, rumors.  Those are the only things I know of besides actual news that affects the price of bitcoin.  Also, a link for this particular rumor would have been a good thing for you to provide, but people don't seem to have that much courtesy these days.

In addition, anyone who holds that much bitcoin would be insane to dump it all onto the market at once--unless they're hellbent on not maximizing their potential profit.  Mutual fund managers who sell big blocks of shares in a particular stock don't usually sell it all at once; they sell it in smaller blocks over a period of time so as not to overwhelm the buy orders and thereby drive the price down. 

I tend to think this is a load of horse hooey.  I'll believe it when I see it.

He loves attention, and he time on time again manages to have people talk about him on the wide web. The less we talk about him, the lower his overall relevance is, because all we are doing is donate him free traffic.

People with money say they don't have much. People without much money say they have a lot, and keep repeating that as loud as they can till others pick up on it, which is what seems to be happening right now.

He's nothing but a wannabe without technical understanding of the protocol. Even Roger said that CW left the room when things started to become technical, and there is no reason to doubt that.

I also believe that Craig Wright is not Satoshi and he did not have a million bitcoin to dump and this is just another way to create fomo which in turn will lead to dump of bitcoin in days or weeks to come.
It will help all of us if we did not believe in most of all this rumors and just focus on the real events. Satoshi may never sell any of his holding in the next 50 years because I believe he is  a man of integrity and if you read bitcoin white paper you will find his mind in it.
