Personally, i would go with the cryptos which are less way than a dollar per token/coin.

Ethereum no matter how big it looks has the biggest potential right now. The mining sector is moving back to bitcoin and going away from gpu mining with the drop of the prices, the small investors in crypto mining is seeing this as a reason to sell their cards and get out of the mining game, this can't continue forever and the price has to go up to make it worthwhile for the miners, also the ICO's are long gone, there isn't a new one people are investing currently which means there needs to be a price increase and a bull run to make it worth investing into ICO's again and when that happens the price will go up again to sustain constant buys from investors who send it to ICO's. Combine these two and you have yourself a x3 price increase in ETH easily and that is amazing for a big coin like eth.

I guess it's his interpretation of coins that are most promising for 2019. Skipping Bitcoin is his myopic understanding of the fact that these the price appreciation of those coins is hinged on the success of BTC

Seeing that 2019 is only a few weeks away, I doubt if there would be too much change in the top cryptocurrencies from what we have now. Nobody know what is going to happen, however, if the bearish market continues, expect the status quo to remain the same. With BTC on top, followed by the likes of Eth, Tether, XMR, XLM, etc... I expect new coins/token to struggle.

I still have doubts about 2019, I don't want to be greedy and hope for a few coins. even I hold ETH and now it still seems stagnant there is no sign of going up. this is so bad.

Its still better to choose stable coins since it has better potential than new coins. Stable coins have a good support from community and the demand is continuously growing since lots of people are having it. You can also trade this kind of coin in multiplre exchanges  in one platform like bitgap. Just be sure that after buying, you shoukd be storing it in a secure wallet. Wow. I like this guy. It is like he have the same list as what I am aiming for to have.
Yes. I want to have all of those tokens with large amount in my wallets since they are the ones who have a better feature than everything I have seen while looking at most ICO.
Most of them are just like copies and not even as unique as what you have in your list. The future beholds to those tokens which be a great help to push the crypto industry more into small investors and merchants.

I want to add Stellar and Gochain , they are big , by checking XLM you will find out it has been more attractive to ICOs than before and its volume is increasing by the time , I think Gochain has a good project also and worth a look and investigation .

Litecoin will also perform very well next year as it is also currently undervalued and if you can take the risk and buy at $50 you are going to make good profits in future if it get to the  level it was last year ending.

Ethereum is a good technology in crypto market but this performance is not well bin this year. So I expect stellar and EOS is best altcoins in 2019 because these two performance is nice to see in this year so all are says it will move to right way.
