I've also lost all my coins. I mined a block at height 141, but after update, the block disappeared. When I looked into the old client and old chain, I don't see address for the mined block, just txid. With the debug commands I managed to get to its address: MKXCtLAQpKMjkA9F6ss25YpPdr6WRphgHS (17760 mined coins was there) I also had some coins from a pool at MBPLcosZbQWitV3J6LTfnX8XbeB6PmjaG8 (366 coins) getrawtransaction 88dbef116cd9afbccbfccf913bca10ec59abb5c3250203d079564539db9e611d 1 { "hex" : "01000000010000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000ffffffff0e04e4ed20530106062f503253482fffffffff010060d9819d010000232102472e1cb4ec2f7cca4211b68110435551c559dd5e708aceba7ee2ce79d77a5d6cac00000000", "txid" : "88dbef116cd9afbccbfccf913bca10ec59abb5c3250203d079564539db9e611d", "version" : 1, "locktime" : 0, "vin" : [ { "coinbase" : "04e4ed20530106062f503253482f", "sequence" : 4294967295 } ], "vout" : [ { "value" : 17760.00000000, "n" : 0, "scriptPubKey" : { "asm" : "02472e1cb4ec2f7cca4211b68110435551c559dd5e708aceba7ee2ce79d77a5d6c OP_CHECKSIG", "hex" : "2102472e1cb4ec2f7cca4211b68110435551c559dd5e708aceba7ee2ce79d77a5d6cac", "reqSigs" : 1, "type" : "pubkey", "addresses" : [ "MKXCtLAQpKMjkA9F6ss25YpPdr6WRphgHS" ] } } ], "blockhash" : "6133b9cc2bba5d12d22bb954221f42bd6170c91bc704122e537279dc6968d9d1", "confirmations" : 644, "time" : 1394666980 }

Looks like I'm out about ~120,000!
Please DM us so we can see what you had pre-fork and get those back to you! Thanks! Downloaded new wallet, synced after a few minutes and now shows ~32,000. Kind of disappointing to lose ~85K but thanks for addressing the problem.

The in-client miner only uses cpu. The basics for using a gpu is that you need to point cgminer to localhost (127.0.0.1) and edit the murica coin .conf file with the proper user/pass and port info. You might want to search google for something like "litecoin solo mining guide" or something like that (both litecoin and murica use scrypt. There are also guides for setting up cgminer and info on the proper setting for your gpu. Quite a few steps to nail down to get it running and then there's about zero chance of mining a block because of the net hashrates.

Because of this I have left and moved on to another coin .... sorry DEV you seem to be very involved and a nice guy from what I have read. but can you see how a pool not treating your community miners fairly can hurt your coin? im just one guy but im sure every person mining on that pool is super pissed off that coins are still unconfirmed after 24 hours and they do not respond to support emails....

Got my coins back! Thank you, muricacoin. As to mca.pool.mn, they paid fine before that 300+ diff block hit the network... But it seems they have not fully recovered from it, if you look at http://mca.pool.mn/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks - the confirmation should be decreasing, but the number are in fact pretty much random (49, 46, 32, 29, then 42 .... eh?). Looks like they need some major fixing in the database - so maybe that is why their payouts are broken (MPOS is not good at handling these hard forks where you have to delete and redownload the blockchain to fix it - it often needs some semi-manual poking to the pool and marking appropriate blocks as orphans). If I look up the pool wallet in block explorer based on block mined on the pool: http://muricaco.in:8080/address/MG4LMidqsAjvFdyE4YU7KeKpWLiLSfK2wjThey have over 1.8M coins and ZERO outgoing transactions. So the pool has definitely issues with payments. Not sure whether scam or just their payment cronjob being stuck (this can sometimes happen, but if they have some decent monitoring, this should be detected quickly ... ) or some other problem, but .... .. either way, I'd avoid the pool for now.

SEE WHAT IM SAYING? .... bad business ... imo that pool is garbage and the pool owner is as well ... goating in miners when he knows he cannot process payment and will ignore there support tickets .... AVOID THAT POOL FELLOW MINERS !!!! you have all been warned so no complaints later if you mine anyway!

SUCH A SCAM COIN... the second vowel is 'merica is an E not an U.... SCAM SCAM SCAM
Now if it was merkincoin I'd understand but muricacoin? SCAM BS SCAM. Dev is such a cent...
(too much positive today, must be negative... that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it)
But seriously, can't we stop the shitecoin business yet. It only helps devalue the main point of all "valid" (unshite) cryptocurrencies
(again, this is just to balance out a positive day... or is it?)
Damn 'merkins...
There, make sense of that!
I appologise for my poor English, it's my primary language.
I'm secretly waiting for a relaunch announcing a 50% premine to be airdropped to all 'merkins on thanksgiving day.
