SportCrypt.com has been on the ethereum mainnet since last year with 802 ETH traded in the last week.  Would love some feedback from this community regarding the UI/UX as we aren't sure how to make it more intuitive.

We don't charge any fees at the moment. At some point in the future we may implement a small fee, though at this time we are focused on product development and user acquisition. We've self funded the project over the last 15 months, and can continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

As per the blog, "Although centralised, our oracle has a few design features to keep us accountable. First of all, if we incorrectly grade a single bet, we need to incorrectly grade every bet on that event. Furthermore, the grades are permanently embedded on the blockchain, providing irrefutable evidence of any oracle misbehaviour."

We are also working on a multi-sig solution that requires independent graders to agree on the outcomes before they can be finalized.

Don't want to go deep in the implementation part but just some UI reviews since you asked for it
1. The way bets are displayed looks vague and not attractive. Not-structured is the correct word I'd say.
2. Colour schemes are out of contrast. Use an online contrast selected to see which shade goes well with what.
3. The sliding/animation effects are too dull. The website needs a revamp man. Don't go about changing individual things, hire a UX guy and relaunch it.

Oh crypto-games.net are into business for a very long time and the website design wasn't the same since it was first launched. You will definitely evolve your style over time but the basic things need to be fixed. I do know people who could assist you with the same.Just send me a personal message here.

Hello and welcome to bitcointalk community. Since your question is essentially about design, I think that there are some things you could improve in your whitepaper. First of all, you should make a background with your logo on it. This will help people to familiarize themselves with your company and remember it. Secondly, add photos, charts, diagrams and other visual material to your whitepaper. Most of people are more comfortable with looking at schemes and pictures than reading texts. My thoughts :
1. Using MetaMask is good idea since Metamask already popular and easy to use
2. Too many text/content on main page. Show less information, but using URL to different page or button to show detailed information is better IMO.
3. Consider adding icon to sports menu on sidebar
4. Add FAQ page, not everyone gambler familiar with smart contract

Good question. Speaking for myself personally, I do care in the same sense that I care about anyone making bad decisions that affect them for the worse. That said, since we are a peer-to-peer matching system, I don't believe it is our job to police who can or cannot use the system.

Anyways the practicalities of ETH prevent us from policing this even if we wanted to. Once you have ETH you are already in the casino, so to speak.

Hi there,

We haven't done any marketing thus far. The focus has been on product development, whereas most competing projects tend to focus on marketing their ICO.

As far as users per day, we're usually around 20 or so. This is the metric we watch - https://dappradar.com/app/35/sportcrypt

Note though that the volume as seen on DappRadar tracks just deposits/withdrawals to the smart contract, and not actual trades. As of this post, the reported volume in the last 24h is 29.5 ETH and 678.8 ETH over the past 7 days respectively.
