Two months ago my account was blocked from posting and I don't know what is the reason behind it they did not mention my mistakes at least they should warn me as I was very new on the platform and it is totally wrong that you block someone from posting without any telling a reason my friend told me that may you have plagiarism in the topic but I did not copy paste it.

Your friend may be right, the most common reason for banned accounts is pliagarism.
And I don't think warnings are issues before hand.
The rules and guidelines serve as warnings enough.
For clarity you can link the account and the community would check it out.

Creating a new account and posting anywhere else than in your ban appeal thread in Meta is ban evasion and will lead to another ban. So what you've been doing the past months is against the rules.

If your account has been nuked forever I guess that's okay to create a new one but if it will be uplift or just have time allotment on the ban that is purely ban evasion.

Not really. Whether its been nuked or banned it would still be ban evasion. They can create an account, and ask/appeal in meta, but it doesn't mean they'll get an answer. But, anyone that gets banned/nuked or whatever shouldn't create a new account until they've had their appeal accepted.

From my interpretation, a ban on an account is a ban in the user behind the account.
So I don't think they are allowed to have any other account except it's an appeal in meta

25. If you get banned (temporary or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban..

Since you claim your not guilty of copy/pasting,then you'll do well to help us with a link to your account so we'll be able to find out the reason for your ban..

Your ban appeal is somewhat incomplete without a link to the banned account for proper scrutiny

You should check again this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0) Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ. Identify what could be the real reason why you are ban. There were many things to consider here especially as what you have said that you are new. There were many rules here being listed and you should be aware of that when you join in this forum. Always put to mind that where ever platform you will be joining there should be some rulings that you should respect and learn. Meta is for bitcointalk forum discussions.
