Its a bit tooooo old to be working with. last update was in 2016 and only support v1 API from coinbase

Check out this article. As @felicita said, Mini faucet script isn't connected to Faucethub. There are also few paid faucet scripts, but it's quite expensive. As you can see, some scripts can work with Faucetsystem API instead of Faucethub. And you also can try Wordpress faucet plugin by 99bitcoins.com, but it's no longer developped.
