Looking at the Bitcoin price trend this year, we might not have such a good Black Friday this year.  Roll Eyes Last year around Black Friday, we had a Bitcoin price around $8000+ and we could stock up on the Xmas gifts, but this year is a whole other story.  Roll Eyes

So what are your plans for Black Friday?

1. Will you be hoarding?
2. Will you buy goods at a discount price, at a lower Bitcoin price?
3. Doing business as usual?
4. Offering Black Friday discounts as a retailer/merchant, even if the Bitcoin price is lower than last year?

I have not seen any big announcements or planning for some major Bitcoin Black Friday specials, so I presume everyone just assume that the Bitcoin owners will be hoarding their coins.  Roll Eyes

Let's share some thought.  Grin

Were there any Bitcoin Black Friday specials last year? I can't seem to remember.

I'm personally not doing anything special. If I find a deal I like and I have to spend Bitcoin, I'll go with it. I also don't think people are in a hurry to spend their coins, considering the general sentiment that we're currently at the bottom.

If i'm not wrong, last year black friday was a bearish because people are cash out for preparing xmas.
But we hope something good will happen at the end of this year.

I thimk the price of Bitcoin and top altcoins has stabilized now. If it will go lower on the upcoming days, maybe most of us here will go with number one which is hoarding but I can see a lots of sings for an upcoming bull run. We just need to wait a little bit and have more patience or else you'll surely regret not hoarding your coins.

The bitcoin price over the months have not been good though, yet exchanges will be offering a discount on Black Friday with promotional offers. I intend to buy more bitcoins when such opportunities avail itself.

If i still vividly understand about the black Friday last year, it was absolutely bearish which was not in favor of Bitcoin enthusiasts. Hopefully there will be a different black Friday this year. Xmas will be a great one i believe and the bull run is also expected.

Though I doubt we'll get to the same price we were last year, anything can happen in the next couple of weeks. If I see any upward movement in the following weeks, then I might get ready to spend some btc, otherwise, I'll continue holding until some good deals pop up.
All in all, looks to me like some of us who spent their btc for christmas gifts last year might not be able to do so this year, but we only need a little push, perhaps we can test 7k before black friday (?)...c'mon bitcoin bulls.

Hey this year I don't expect any boom in bitcoins during Black Friday I'm just holding on to my coins for now. I'll see if an favourable opportunity arises will consider buying it, will give me a good average, but those who're planning to buy now I do hope you'll understand you'll have to hodl it for the long term. I think we may see some movements later on as we get close to launch of Bakkt but in the meantime I don't expect any further rallies.

I wouldn't be spending my bitcoin right now on anything unless I absolutely had to. Bitcoin is primed for a bull run so any expenses in the short term would be very costly in the long term. The same story applies with FIAT, this year any spare cash I have won't be going on bargain sales of tech etc but instead bargain sales of bitcoin.

I too will be mostly hoarding although I am looking around for a deal. Im not
worried whether the value if Bitcoin goes up or down TBH. I hold most of my
bitcoins but i do spend a small percentage, so if i come across an online deal
For black friday which appeals to me and can pay with BTC ill go for it.

seeing black friday if it happens this year maybe i will buy bitcoin at a low price, and that is what i have done now because it is a good advantage. I see that is only the best step and can be used as one of the best ways to keep getting profit.

I will be spending some bitcoins, because I apply the 80/20% strategy, where I use 20% of the coins I buy and hoard 80%. I

saved up some of the coins I bought for the Black Friday specials, because you get some awesome specials and we should

support Bitcoin merchants, even if the price is low. If we stop supporting them, then they will stop accepting Bitcoin and we

will suffer the consequences. (Less places to spend bitcoins)  Tongue

There’s always a good bitcoin Black Friday because hodlers realize in December they have been buying bitcoin all year and don’t have any cash to buy gifts for anyone.

Time to pry that bitcoin out of your ass whether you want to or not. LOL

It's really hard to see the market in this situation I never ever expected about the market will go in a ridiculous way, the crypto currency are drowning in pool. I am very much disappointed after seeing the CMC in daily basis. Not sure when the market will recover but the hopes are alive.

I believe the sentiments shared by most would be to Hodl their bitcoins.
There are lots of differences between last year and this current market.

When expenses call for it, and you find a good deal, of course I would if bitcoin is a payment option.
I would take a green Friday to a black Friday any time.
20% profit looks better than a 20% discount.

Yes, this year I do not plan to take part in black Friday. At the moment,it is better to wait with gifts and wait for an extraordinary black Friday, which can come at any time. When Bitcoin will cost $ 30,000 dollars, then at any moment I will have black Friday Grin.I want all Bitcoin owners to be independent and not wait for Black Friday for a whole year.

Bitcoin doesn't crush anyone's pocket, so it makes no sense to arrange a black Friday. Perhaps only a sharp decrease in prices for cryptocurrencies, like a black joke. In general, sales don't apply to cryptocurrencies.

I think there are still many opportunities to have bitcoin as long as it dares to act and work hard on it. Black Friday is a form to be able to provide many opportunities to collect bitcoin. But of course many will take advantage of that moment.

I will still hodl bitcoin, not caring about any news or issues.
what I believe is that bitcoin will definitely surge later this year
because in my opinion belief is important in the journey of life.
