A token that in addition pay you a return in ETH  is the better choice to trade in the Blockchain market, reduce loss risk and increase value through it’s appreciation.

Thanks for the question , it's a classic question ... you should know very well or not, that the basis of a good investment is always the choice we make. We have discovered one or two similar projects, however we believe that the payment of a dividend in its totality (as in the case of existing projects), depletes the value of the fund, and the NAV value decresed , and returns to the initial value, and the quoted currency (traded on exchanges) falls to initial values.This is not our idea, we want a secure and  rise of the price of Bether in the exchanges.... On the other hand, our project determines (only) a certain amount of tokens held by the investor gives the right  to the dividend payment (financial return), currencies held by investors below 100,000 BHR do not give right to receive dividend.In these cases investors or traders can buy and sell in order to speculate with the price of Bether,  its a good opportunity for the small investors, ( for trading values below 100.000 BHR or 1 ETH)
We do not guarantee dividend payment, the payment of the dividend only happens when the value of the quarterly fund is positive, and this happen when the value of cryptocurrencies quarterly increase on the markets. is only eth accepted in the purchase of tokens during pre ico and ico later? I don't see the allocation of your tokens for marketing activities, don't you plan it?

We do not accept any other currency in the public sale, we only accept ETH in PRE-ICO and ICO, for marketing purposes see graph token distribution in RESERVE 6% ..2% is destined to the pre-ico 100,000,000 launch bonus. The remaining 4% are for promotional purposes and development. We are initially thinking of 0.75% or 7,500,000 BHR for marketing/promoters.

It can not be defined at this time precisely because we do not know the number of coins that will be sold in pre-ico. We have 2% or 20,000,000 in reserve for the payment of the PRE-ICO bonus ( 100,000,000 BHRx20% bonus). If all the pre-sale and ICO coins are sold, the total amount of coins intended for the public will be 82%, or 820,000,000 BHR, this would be the best scenario for our public sale. So to be clear, Bether is a token representing ownership of a basket of cryptocurrencies?

What about the financial return Bether promises? How does the team achieve this return? is it just thru appreciation of this basket of cryptocurrencies?

Have you heard of the howey test? Even if you state that your token is not a security, government may still see it as a security since it promises a return on investment. Granted the howey test applies to US law and EU law may be different but please get some legal advice regarding your token status.

And since the token is not registered under ESMA is there a company who is issuing the tokens and under what jurisdiction are the tokens issued?
