Top Members Vs Junior Members

Many Crypto Business holds Top Rank profiles and they Target people who post against them and force them to delete such post, If those businesses are legit then they need to reply such thread instead of targeting those people ANN with negative trust using different profiles.

Bitcointalk have no such rules to punish such profiles and they take advantage of this, In such situation how JUNIOR MEMBER can post any scam or fraud happening in any crypto business.

Everyone has their right to post about fraud or whatever. Just make sure you have posted with enough evidents. Go to scam aaccusation/reputation and post with evidents. DT will take care of them. Their is no high profile here. Everyone has the equal right.

I am little bit confuse about OP post what actually he need to know. If OP want to report only scam then S_Therapist already answered. Even you newbie you are free to post on Scam Accusation board, just they can't post with image unless they wear copper membership. If there is strong evidence then simply anyone can post on Scam Accusation board. Since scam isn't moderated by forum DT member will handle it.

But there is few limitation for Jr. Member on others board. Like they can't read and post on Investigation board. I don't know exactly but there are more board.  Since your current rank is Member you are allow to post every board.

Your post is quite had to comprehend let me correct you the forum is not on any competition and there is no battle between top members and junior member so change that topic. Besides someone can be in the forum for a whole year and still be a junior member while some one that has the requirements in the required time can leap up junior member rank. No one is restricted from posting and scam going on there are even some right source to direct your allegations and would be addressed properly the guilt party will get punished (red trust) if it's a member. But this wrong thoughts of any vendetta against junior member should be eradicated

If someone giving negative feedbacks for no reason or with reason it won't reflect in your default trust rating unless they are DT members so you can continue to do the good job of finding the scammers irrespective of which rank you are.

Actually we have,

Trust spam isn't allowed. If I see anyone posting dozens of fake trust ratings (from one account or many alt accounts),I will delete all of their ratings.

Do you have enough evidence to prove that a user was red tagged byba default trust member, simply for posting about an alleged scam project?

I can hardly fathom such a situation.
The system is transparent and such a DT can be identified easily.

Again, there is no penalty for reporting a scam project even if your report is inaccurate.
Users are encouraged to keep the forum clean.

The forum is open and fair to all ranks,be it junior or high ranks..
All members of the forum are afforded equal opportunities and equal rights..
If you've been unfairly treated by any high ranked member on the forum,you can open a thread in meta exposing such user or open up a thread in the accusation board..
Just make sure you do have evidence of wrong doings,and you weren't actually the wrong doer

This is what I was afraid of, thinking that top ranks or ranks that is higher than yours abuse you and think highly of his own rank or position that he/she think that he/she is more knowledge than jr. members, newbies and that inlcude members like me who doesn't have wide information about crypto but as we know there are high ranks that create alts and post here so the "REAL NEWBIES" will be included in the list of alts that is abusive in the forum. All forum members are the same level or rights whether he/she is a top rank or not, noobs or knowledgeable. I think the OP created this thread because he/she is red tagged by a user with another account if I am right about it.

This way if he gets negged he will have to keep asking others for help. Even if ultimately this gets resolved, it may take weeks. During that time OP will have to bear the red mark, which can limit his ability to do business.

If you see a trusted member doing something wrong, you can start by reporting his posts, telling staff members about it via PM, or telling other trusted members, also via PM. You're not risking anything by doing it. It's always better to get evidence and have the balls to post it yourself.

If OP has all the evidences then there is no need of fear. But still OP has fear then OP can post from new account. Community give weight  to evidence instead of the rank (accuser and accused both)

Reporting is not correct way, Scam and trust are not moderated. Best approach is to make thread in "Scam Accusation or Reputation" and let community decide.

There are lot of trusted and reputed member lost their trust (even DT status) when evidence provided against them are strong. If you have concrete evidence then feel free to present it here.

I agree with your opinion . there is nothing sadder if high-ranking users abuse their strengths to oppress and drive low-ranked users with the aim of less competition with the elimination of some weak users. it is ironic if there is no action for high ranking users who do such cunning things. there must be an evaluation for that.

in My Case i Just supported thread of Meddicoin and there developer called me scammer and use there contact to target our ANN as well

Please check - http://prntscr.com/li5p78 [ he is cryptopia developer he rated us 2 time because we posted against cryptopia, It is not possible that any exchange is 100% accurate, but if any users raise any issue they give negative rating] and http://prntscr.com/li5pi0 [ Cryptodevil rate scam project and act as police he  gave negative trust because we posted against cryptopia ]

So they force us to delete such thread that time but even after that they are rating us.

Many reporting users are newbie and they don't know how bct work so users are blammed as scammer, Exchanges need to sort such issue with reply instead of sending negative trust
