In recent times I have seen a lot of issues arising from different bounty groups, today it seems hunters are no longer taken seriously, I think its because they must have been quiet or maybe its because they ain't seeking a permanent solution to tackle all this similar problems that always occur, firstly let me mention some of this problem;

1. Asking for kyc as a requirements for payment of tokens to hunters, when that wasnt mention at first during commencing of bounty campaign.
2. Delayed bounty payment to hunters, irrespective of the fact that project was successful.
3. Bounty pool slatch for reason best know to them

I believe with this few things I have mention, along with others I didn't mentions, has been a recurring events in bounty campaign and to my surprise hunters are not doing anything to solve and prevent issues like this from happening with future project, because this has been the talk on most bounty group in telegram.

The question is, are we going to continue like this, because we all understand that this things are not right but why ain't we doing nothing about it, I stand to be corrected anyway.

What really is the faith of bounty hunters today?

I think bounty hunters have no faith. They are just a way of life. This is shameless. The emergence of KYC is an incompetent performance of the ICO team. A good project will open the bounty hunter instead of rejecting them. In the long run, I think ICO will gradually decrease. When Bitcoin takes off, maybe ICO will pick up, but I think it is limited. Future bounty hunters may be unemployed.

Unfortunately it is so. ICOs are promising to give 100 million tokens for a bounty campaign and few days after the campaign ends, they are announcing the KYC process and the pool redemption to 10 million tokens. And then ICO team is wondering why the hunters are blaming this project.

I participated in a bounty that refused to pay hunters for 4 months. Whenever the team is asked,  they keep saying, "Very soon. " It's disturbing that things are getting way out of proportion and it's time something is done about it. Do you have anything in mind,  OP?

It turned from bad to worse, I thought to do bounty and following is just a guaranty that you will get coins but you need to pass through a lot like passing their KYC, the ICO should reach even the softcap before you get paid but indefinitely

1. Asking for kyc as a requirements for payment of tokens to hunters, when that wasnt mention at first during commencing of bounty campaign.
There is always that bounty rule which states that the team can always change or modify the rules when they see fit. So that probably give them the right to add more conditions such as KYC.

2. Delayed bounty payment to hunters, irrespective of the fact that project was successful.
Reasons usually provided are current market condition and price stability. I do not really mind if my rewards are delayed as long as by the time it's released, the price is relatively higher than ICO (If not, then atleast close to that).

3. Bounty pool slatch for reason best know to them
I think this is only done when the number of participants is less than the minimum required and that is just fair for me. It is usually stated in the rules also.

Those are becoming a mess and bounty hunters - like us, cannot control it. As I know, there are some platforms which are building will be a place for launching ICOs and running bounty campaigns as well. These platform will have an escrow fund to ensure that bounty hunters will be rewarded if ICOs are successful. I don't remember which exact projects but these projects are crowfunding.

Bounty hunters are now few, because of the changing rules of the campaign. We all know that there is a lot of ICOs project and new arising coin, and the hunters hunt them, enter the bounty campaign, but after or end of the bounty campaign. The managers will change the rules and it will root to another misunderstanding. Another example is , after a months of joining a campaign, and when you finished all task, and after you take a research or look  for the bounty group you will now that the project fail or didn't continue. I think its much better for us , the hunter to find a suited and legit place to enter a bounty campaign.

bounty hunters are only interested in bounties because they are getting paid to be interested in them and having "faith" in them. and it is partly because nowadays there isn't any alternative way for them to make money/bitcoin from this forum.
i assure you that if there were more signature campaigns that did anything but bounty and they could earn from them, then we would have seen bounty die right away!

I disagree with you on this one, you cannot come out and change rules while campaign must have been completed, you can either change before campaign starts or during campaign not when campaign must have lead to success of project and ended then you begin to see flops in campaign coming out to ask for kyc, if you state option for kyc only those willing to share kyc details with you will perform in such campaign.
Now you mean to say you compelling all hunters to pass kyc or forfeit thier token, making them doing free jobs for you.

I should say, that due to the market conditions, there are a lot of scam projects, that are saying that they are going to distribute the rewards and are not doing anything to develop the project. I can understand such hunters that are sick of doing scam bounties.
