Against fake news you can do only one thing, check, recheck, recheck again. Don`t run to make some trades in some exchange just cause you saw some "news", whether they are good or bad, like to buy something and make very high profit, or to sell in panic. Don`t act right away, check that new information on several places, ask here on forum, post it on some social network and wait for some answers.

Right, it's the age of social media, so everyone should be very wary of everything you read in the news or in the internet. If you can't independently verify it, then don't believed it simply as that.

But it's also worth to mentioned a verified and real news yesterday that Binance exchange was hacked, but it has no significant impact to the market. Although they have plans already, but if this is like 2017, these kind of news will have a bad net effect to the price. But it seems investors are getting smarter and not just taking every news as negative.

Even after the bad news of the 7000 btc Binance hacked bitcoin went on a mini bull run.  You just never know what will happen with crypto after hearing good or bad news.  The typical advice is buy the rumor and sell the news but I wouldn't say that I agree with that.

   Easy to say but hard to be done for many of humans. We used to believe to everything we hear from TV news and other sources we count truly.
   What do we hear from TV all the time? Bitcoin is a scam. How many of us believe that? Not so much as I see, that's why we all here on the forum promote bitcoin and others.

Well good and bad news both are having effect on the market, if we will focus on good news it will make the price higher, because people use to spread bad  news in market intentionally, so that people can get worry about the price and sell their coin at low price, I also have seen good news and bad in market but it left remarkable effect on market, simply foolish and newbie lose their investment with bad effect of bad news in market that’s why don’t trust anyone just make your own analization.

Well, I always wish to say that good or bad news doesn't matter with the cryptocurrency, The most important thing is that how you have good knowledge to understand which is the good one or bad for you. so if you well known about those then you can successfully done by yourself. so you have to research by own self to grow your knowledge, skill and experience about crypto.

I don't think that there is bad news this moment or past month instead it is good news.  And this current situation we are gaining more profit compare last year, especially those who hodl and do a low time frame scalping.

That news in the past weeks and months really help to bullish the market, so be careful because it can also be a trap if you don't observe it carefully.

The market is full of manipulators who spread bad and good news for their own benefit. Everyone should make their own analysis before making any decisions because after all is about risking their own money.

When searching for good information relating to crypto people often don't make any selection and beleive everything they read or hear. Especialy " dangerous" are social media because there are a lot so called experts with their expertise that is often false or misleading. It's not easy to find trustworthy information and you always have to make double check and rely on common sense.
Try to find some trusted sources that have good references and always compare and alalyse data you get.

experience is a valuable teacher, I have invested in ico and bought tokens for profit, initially companies were so active in forums and social media, but after allocating tokens that they sold they were not active and companies did notupdate the news until now. This makes me a little sad because I have a token with no price even though I invest as a crypto asset.

Who even has the time to be reading news this time around? I do read news but not much, and sometimes there are news you will see and it will be long, what I do is just scroll fast and grab the important points and that's it. The news is not really helpful cause it can't really help the price in any way, not when you already know that anyone can manipulate the price and make it go up at anytime they want, as long as they have the money to handle what it takes in doing that. But news can help you at times, maybe when there are major things about to take places that you don't know about.
