We are the earlier adopters of the Blockchain Technology and the world is yet to see it's true power. your confusion is understandable since all you have seen so far is shitcoins. the reality is that the blockchain technology is a great technology of our time. and the usage of it by a decentralized currency such as bitcoin has been great. it will never disappear, it is new and is improving day by day and is being adopted by more people and companies every day.

the thing is, because of this great success of bitcoin we keep on seeing other newbies trying to get their hands on some money by creating their own shitcoin and fill the market with a lot of them. so we ended up with a market that is filled 98% with useless junk instead of real things.
