From what I hear, Mike Caldwell pronounces it "ka-say-cious", where the last "cious" sounds similar to the "cious" in "delicious".

No probs, original YouTube version was down, but I remembered I had it somewhere in my basement among other treasures. If you want to thank me you can send me some Merit, maybe I'll be able to put my own avatar some day =).

I also have another short one, called "Making Casascius coins" where Mike is putting holos on newly produced coins (without commentary). I will put it on the channel as well, but BitTube complains something about a format so I will need to run it though a converter first.
