here I have 3 star wars comics all graded by CGC, I have enjoyed them and now its time for someone else to add them to their collection, I never really collected star wars so this sale is for all three comics.







1) Pricess Leia 5/15 9.4 CGC est value $45

2) Princess Leia organa cover 5/15 9.6 CGC  est value $50

3) Star wars 7/77 issue 1 9.8 (MINT) est value >$1000

I want so sell as a lot, happy for offers but I would sell the lot for the price of $1000 USD and I will pay insured and tracked shipping worldwide, so it will save around a hundred bucks in reality with the other two comics thrown in (not thrown, packaged safely :-).

I don't mean to be looking like a typical signature campaign poster posting in a sales thread with no intention of buying--but I do want to say that bitcointalk is probably the worst place you could possibly try to sell some graded SW books.  Even if they had a solid gold light sabre attached and a permission slip from the US Gov't to take revenge on Kathleen Kennedy with extreme prejudice and complete impunity, you'd still have one hell of a hard time getting people to part with their bitcoins.  People are so tight around here with bitcoin, their asses squeak when they walk.

God I hope you're joking, because I did not mean this post to be just filler skunking up someone's sales thread.  What I said is the truth, and his best bet is to try to sell those on eBay or Amazon.  If he's dead-set on getting bitcoin for them, he's probably not going to get the best price.  Crapola, even merchants that accept bitcoin don't want to own bitcoin.  They want fiat, which is why they use payment processors.

Not true. I was actually looking at these magazines a while back and had tried to get another opinion on the prices.

Just because you don't spend any coins on things here doesn't mean others don't as well.

Personally, I know you are not a signature spammer, and I appreciate the work you do on tagging accounts for scammers etc, but seriously. I have bought and sold many different things here....

Sorry to offend you, but I just don't think Squall would appreciate it either, as they may be for sale elsewhere for all we know.

Edit - Actually, I have to say, I have bought things on here that I never would or could have found in the real world ... so there is that as well...

I'mma bump this once more, and it's not completely off-topic.  I sold some Nintendo games here for bitcoin once, but one of the very first posts I made was a sales thread (for other games) where no one was interested.  They all said the games looked great but nobody made any offers.  I've seen this numerous times in threads for goods that aren't bitcoin-related collectibles, and I've just always had this strong impression that people here want to keep their bitcoin and not spend it for something they could buy with fiat. 

No offense intended to squall1066; he's obviously no rookie here.  No offense taken from owlcatz since you apparently didn't call me a shitposter (thank you).  If it ever comes to the point where the consensus is that I'm a spammer, I will dox myself to BayAreaCoins and give him permission to machine gun me to death.

I love comics, especially Marvel titles from the Star Wars era of the 70s/80s.  Wish I could help you (squall1066) out, but I don't collect comics anymore and I'd probably check eBay first if I was in the market for them.  I do also wish you luck with your sale and hope you don't mind my bumping this thread one last time.
