We have no plans to change this anywhere in the future.

The support section and the exchange itself are on seperate servers. If you want to open a support ticket, you need to register on the support section. It's a completely seperated platform.
I've did this on purpose in case of account hacks, server load etc.

You have to create the wallet using XMAS wallet. Atm the XMAS deposit is not yet available on Amsterdex. It will be available later in December.
