Cloudbet Void french ligue 1 winning bet without reason.

Hello guys,

Cloudbet has decided to void my bet after match result ( 2 days later ). Official reason: Cancelled due to palpable error.

I have sent an email with all proof that the bet was offered by many other websites with same or highest price, they said they will review this case and at the end nothing.

The event was Stade Reims vs As Monaco, the odds dropped due to many factors ( coach changing, Monaco two bad results last two weeks and a lot of injuries).

Odds dropped from 3,10 on Cloudbet to 1,9 the day event ( I have bet 0,44 BTC). This is not acceptable behavior!!! Cloudbet official support could you get closer than me to solve this big issue?

Did you not put "cloudbet scam" into google?

I recommend to always put "casino name + scam" into google, as this can save a lot of trouble.

@OP, did they pay you out at the 3.1 odds or the lower odds? Could you check and let us know?

Even though cloudbet did solve the issue at the end, it was not until that OP had to post on scam accusations that they actually looked into it.  It also took 3 days for them to resolve an issue that was created by themselves.

And with the history that they have with all types of complaints from their customers ranging from withdrawals to seemingly random KYC requests as a bitcoin sportsbook, everyone should be extremely careful with dealing with them.

Furthermore, I'd like to ask Cloudbet what exactly can constitute a "palpable error"? Is there a predetermined threshold for the odds to be considered erroneous? Is it solely up to you to interpret that word and deduct winnings from gamblers?

They have paid me at 3,10 because it was "normal" odds when I placed my bet, I repeat it was not reverse odds or big mistakes.

Timerland I understand your question but bookmakers are not open to give money  At the end Cloudbet corrected their error and I would recommend them to because they assumed their fault
