I am currently available to make website designs. I have experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.Js MySQL, and several frameworks, including Laravel, Vue.Js, a little bit of ReactJS, Express and Bootstrap. I ask for $50 per design. Price may vary depending on the size of the project.
My previous projects require a VPS to run, soIdon'thave that setup. However, here are some screenshots of websites I have designed.

Do you have any projects not using bootstrap that you can provide examples of?

Probably a good idea to post a URL for some of your projects. HTML quality would be good to see.

I do not have any layouts where I don't use Bootstrap. I  am taking a video course on how to design layouts without it.
