Just download and install an electrum wallet and when going through it I find out there was 20 address which already have receiving icon right before the btc address.
1) The question is do i have to use one address per transaction cause?
2) Can i make use of all the address as receiving address and have the btc in the same wallet?
3) Can the address be use more than one time?

You don't have to. You can receive as many transactions as you want to any of those addresses.

Using more than one address in one transaction can let people know that both adresses belong to the same wallet. This isn't that big of an issue, but if you don't want your addresses linked, you can avoid it by only spending from one address at a time.

I would stick to the best practice that an address should only be used once. If you always use the same address its very easy to track you and may even lead to showing your wealth to the public

And because of this, when you've used up all the current addresses, Electrum will make more for you.
And don't worry, as long as you have your seed safe, you'll be always able to access (spend from) all these addresses.

Yes, only you can decide whether to use one address or more than one address. As they stated there are practices when using different address that is connected to your address. Using address more than once can be easily track as you only use one address for different transactions. As experts practices they will use one address once or twice but mostly once.
