And again about the food Smiley
I really like to eat. but I don't like to waste a lot of money. Moreover, I have almost no money left.
What can you advise? What inexpensive products or recipes?

You can eat cereals. For example, rice, buckwheat. Also legumes.

In every city there is an institution that prepares homemade food, which is not very expensive but very tasty. Personally, I have such a restaurant, for a couple of bucks you can eat very hearty. Don't you have a place like this?

The most important thing would probably be to prepare food yourself instead of buying something elsewhere.

NOODLES
very easy to get and pretty cheap if you get plain non name brands, just add hot water + egg and spices to your liking

Make a grocery list (and stick to it). By heading to the store with a clear list of what's necessary, it's much easier to avoid last-minute purchases. (Some studies say shoppers may still make impulsive buys… but the list can't hurt.) Feeling techy? Try one of the many apps that can help with shopping, like GroceryIQ or Shopper.

There are some great subreddits for find great meals at low prices.

https://www.reddit.com/r/EatCheapAndHealthy/
https://www.reddit.com/r/budgetfood/
https://www.reddit.com/r/studentfood/

But basically, you could buy those products:
Eggs, potatoes, pinto beans, lentils, Rice, carrot, flour, coffee.

You would have everything that you need for the lowest price.

Those subreddits helped me a lot before and I still look to find good advice there.

Actually, if you buy products and prepare a normal amount of food at once, you will spend less money. Personally I cook only for one evening and it is expensive. But when I cook for 3-4 nights, it is much cheaper.

First, do not go to cafes or restaurants. So cook at home and there eat. And you should cook for some days. Also limit your budget for day. I know it is really hard, but if you really care

What I realised is that it is quite difficult to cook for one for cheap. So I think one of the options is to just prep a meal that you can eat many days in a row. Not the greatest taste variety maybe but will definitely help you to save a few bucks.

Also, worth going to the supermarket's just before they're about to close. Can find some pretty awesome deals like that, but usually it means that you will have to cook the items the same or at least on the next day.

If you don't really have money, you should eat at home. Try to eat more cereal as it is cheap. For example buy a large package of buckwheat . You can eat it with jogurt, cheese or vegetables.

One thing for sure - NEVER ever be cheap about food, better take less than worse
quality of your food pretty much will be mirrored in the quality of your life - both mental and physical state depend on what you eat, so if you want to feel bad - cheap and bad food is the way
if you are just looking to get full every time - try peanuts - just sooo many you can eat

Prepare food yourself and try to eat something simple. You dont need to spend your money on various products if money > taste.
