Eat healthy food.  Away with oily food - that will icnlude a drive to fastfood chains.

I'm fortunate in that I am no longer a city dweller, and I travel around quite a lot. This means I am able to harvest the food that nature provides. It is healthier, and it is free.  Nettles, dandelions, wild garlic, clover and many other plants provide a healthy diet at no cost. Roadkill pheasant and deer are also good sources of meat.

Plants that have had to struggle for survival ( ie. what most peope call weeds) contain more nutrients and fewer poisons, and are fresher, than their cultivated varieties, who have had a pampered life in preparation for the long and slow journey to your larder via the supermarket shelves.

Offgrid campers allow you to enjoy life and preserve your health and wealth.

Use one day each week to plan your meals for the upcoming week. Once you've planned your meals and made your grocery list, stick to it. Cooking at home is much cheaper than eating out. Don't shop when you're hungry

Plan what you eat and don't go to the store when you're hungry. Make sure you always have some necessary and cheap ingredients at home like rice and pasta so you could easily do a tasty meal.

The most important thing would probably be to prepare food yourself instead of buying something elsewhere.

Sure, this is the best decision! Moreover, it is more tasty and even more tasty!

Just so difficult to advise, because you need to first find out the budget. Highlight the amount you are willing to spend on food and from that already make a start. Plan your meals for a week, choose cheap foods, mostly cereals

Coupons! Keep and use them all. Ask your neighbours to share with you. The easiest way to get 30-50% off....

I can't believe noone mentioned a blockchain based solution!

It's true that preparing the meals yourself would be the cheapest solution but if your can't avoid eating out then why not join an ecosystem like tapcoin and get up to 60% discounts on restaurants? Coupons are not the solution anymore!

Try to buy produce from farms instead of supermarkets. And cooking your own food is cheaper than eating out.

I always love the idea of any fish meat rolled to a wrapper and deep frying it. would only cost you 2usd and you can eat it for 3 straight days!
