It's not a waste of time/money if you know your limitations. Once you gamble more than what you can afford that's where it can become a waste of money. To me gambling only becomes a waste of time if it starts to affect your lifestyle in a negative way one example is to be addicted.

I only gamble on Bitmex high levetage in case of big drops. Small amount abd tryong to catch a nice bounce.

I only think of it after a lose but after some time I won't think of it again because i'm thinking of playing again. Everytime i'm about to play or currently playing I don't think about negativity and just think of profit or positivity. It was just a waste of money if you haven't made any profit yet since then.

I feel this a tricky question as each one will have a different view towards the answer, one who likes to gamble will be in favour of gambling irrespective of the odds, the person who doesn't like to gamble will never accept his answer. In my personal opinion I would gamble irrespective of the odds, as gambling for me is like a hobby to keep my mind active. I find it a good way to release my stress, feel excited about the probabilities, and most of all I find happiness in gambling.

I do gamble but I also think it is waste of money.

I mean I am pretty sure I can find something much better to do with my money, if you combine even the most sane bets I have done in my entire life they probably come to couple thousand dollars, I have spent that money as entertainment, saw it as "going to movies" and all that, however it is still a good chunk of money that is never coming back, I have of course lost a lot more but at the time bitcoin was low, if we take the price for today's bitcoin then I have lost over 20 thousand dollars but I do not see it that way, I calculate it at the price when I lost it which makes me feel better. If I have put that into any other coin, anything at all, I would have over a hundred thousand dollars right now.

I just see it as a waste of money but I like doing it, I like gambling and I like wasting money for it. It is just too entertaining. Don't be worried though, I have known that gambling will not make me rich a looong time ago, I just play for the entertainment value.

I gamble myself but mostly on sport betting and poker where I more or less have a little control on the outcome. Poker requires skill and sport betting you decide yourself which games to bet on.

Completely depending on how you do treat off gambling.If you do come to a point on where you do risk out too much of your money and the time spent then its totally a wasting up but eventually

Even when the house edge is zero, you are likely to lose everything, because of being emotional and because probability is relentless. I think gambling for winning doesn't really make sense, unless we are talking about professional poker players or sports betters. There are a lot of reasons to keep on gambling even if gambling itself proves that you are not for the gambling industry.

A lot of my friends in the past gamble for fun. They are not using money but thing they have with them like key chains, ball point pens even receipt of something they bought in the past. It may be weird but it is fun. Some also see gambling as a way of releasing one's self stress. I don't see gambling as astress reliever but I do know gambling and winning at the same time will really replenish my energy.

Well, gambling can be really played to have fun but not fear. I know that there are people that face their fears but I don't heard before someone or anyone talking about gambling as their fear. I think you are saying for the greed, they are gambling for fun and their greed. That is the usual gambling goals most of the gamblers go for, fun and greed.

That is right, and I think it's a different feeling and passion when we are playing gambling, and it's not the same as the other activities. Perhaps playing gambling needs money to get fun but as long as we can control the emotion on the game, I think we can prevent from losing much money, and we can know when we need to quit from the game.
