You could say that going to a cinema is also a waste of time and money because you can watch a movie for free in the Internet, or you can buy a dvd for half of the price of your cinema ticket. Nothing is a waste of time as long as you're happy with your results and don't let others tell you what is good or bad or what you should or shouldn't do, because they have different goals and values. We aren't all the same.

To me personally....gambling is never and will never be a waste of time! Is all about knowing how to play your cards!...there is a huge industry around it....once in while i do some gambling and i visit some sites to see what i can take home! ...the issue with most gamblers is lack of proper information and greedy!..lol

People in playing cards gets so immersed and as it involved money their is always a high chance of getting addicted to it as it is naturally a human behavior that we are so greedy and want more and more money and nothing like gambling where within few mins you either win or lose completely. So it much more riskier than how rewarding it is.

You are absolutely right, it is not waste of time it can save our time and money too, you can pay at home, it will not divert your attention and you will pay with gesture to have good income through this, I hope soon those who think it is the waste of time will start thinking positive and they will start using the positive side of gambling which is now the best all over the world.

Yeah, the only problem is that, it's really hard to win. So, still better if we don't depend those expenses in gambling. Although there are really some who won big and some are possibly making a living from gambling. Maybe gamble an extra of your money and don't risk it all especially if it was reserved for priority expenses.

Gambling is not a waste of time and its not even a waste of money. Every time I step inside a casino I only have one goal in mind and that is to entertain my self and not to gain profits. Gaining profits is just secondary, of course who doesn't want to win, but its not my primary reason why i gamble. I am doing the same as you, and I always keep in my mind that I don't have luck in the gambling, so I only follow the rule, choose the dice game, and start to play. Sometimes, making conversation with other people in the chat room can give me another knowledge which can be useful for me because we are discussing many things. I think if we can use our time on the gambling table, it doesn't mean that we are wasting our time and even we can get some benefits that might be useful for our life.

Sometimes people are greedy to find the profit because they think that when people keep gamble, they will profit at least once.
I do agree when someone already hit profit , they should stop gamble but again it's a greed, the circle that never ended and always exist on human nature. All we can do is preventing more losses !

When we were playing gambling, we need always remember to control ourselves and don't even think about making money from gambling. And if we can do this, when we can get a big win, we can stop and leave the place without taking a look at the back. If you really want to stop, you can do that since there are a lot of ways to stop your gambling addiction. The best way to stop gambling is to seek a help out of the professionals available. As we all know, there are movies from which we can learn something and there are those intended purely for entertainment. Although we can't be learning all the time and that's why we need the gambling as it is now, to have an opportunity to relax from hard work or from studying, we still can sometimes combine the latter with gambling. Imagine if there were a site where you can learn English, for instance, while gambling. I think such a site could become pretty popular.

When you gamble only to win, you will feel pain every time you lose, and gambling is the game of winning and losing, that`s something you cant avoid. When ever you feel a pain that will distract you from game and most likely you will make a wrong step, or bet, how ever you like it.
