Do you gamble or think it's a waste of money and time?

I am not currently gambling but I don't see it as a waste of money! Many people are making money from the gambling and betting sites  so I don't see how anything bad in it.  The major thing to guide against is greediness and over risk.

I think it is a waste of both money and time, most of people who gamble regularly never get profit. I also don't endorse gambling as a hobby, because it is a very expensive and meaningless hobby, you could choose something a bit more entertaining. I only gamble with faucets because faucets give enough for me to have fun or just waste time for 15-20 minutes. Gambling as a hobby is just an excuse.

Well talking about today?this is just a waste of money and time because i had been into gambling when i was young so i know the feeling of being engaged in this vices,i am lucky because at early stage of my life i come to experience those problem a typical gamblers might have,so now if ever i had a chance to bet i know the limitations

I do not think gambling is spending time, money and maybe if you do not know how to play moderately.

You need to spend time when you gamble but spending money does not happen all the time since sometimes you also win in gambling.
We have a chance to win that's why we are optimistic all the time, only when we are lucky where we can enjoy our time.

Basically, it's more fun for me to gamble than being on the phone. Gambling if you know how to play and play with enjoyment, it's real fun and relaxation for you, online gambling is not as interesting to me because it's mostly virtual.

I think it's not a problem about making money from gambling or having fun. do not set limits for the purpose of gambling. it will only imprison you. the point is you have a special allocation of funds in gambling. which is not contaminated by funds from other needs in your life. so gambling will not have an effect on your finances

Yeah, gambling is not just a waste of money sometimes but it can also be a waste of your life. We all have different reason why to gamble, and that reason keeps up to go on casinos even if we are losing money. If the gambler afford to spend his money on gambling I think he's aware about the risk. Its hard to stop them because they also have belief about gambling.

If you try to do anything else you will essentially be losing time. Time does not discriminate you from doing one thing or other. But the thing you are spending time on does matter. Those who are owning the casino are not wasting their time and also those who are doing some sort of affiliate marketing for the casino. In other words there is a good thing in everything but we dont realize it often.

I never thought like that, I consider gambling as an entertainment. Therefore, I feel comfortable and even though I lose, for me it is a pleasure. The important thing is not to be too excessive, when we have run out of money, stop not causing frustration. For me, that was still not a valid reason to continue gambling addiction. It's right to have an allocated fund for gambling but saying that you still choose to spend it all despite of becoming aware to the fact that you are already losing then that's not a good attitude anymore. Your possible losses can be already used to help the needy, imagine the joy it might bring to them.
The bottomline is that you're are still wasting money whether you can afford it or not, much better if you will invest it on more purposeful things.

What do you mean by profession? Do you mean that you are a professional gambler?
I don't think that gambling is a profession as your decisions are not purely based on your skills but many of them they need a lot of amounts of luck to be accomplished. It is mostly a way of entertainment and get feelings that are exceptional and they are hard to find.

I still think the most important thing is control and limitation. I know that many players initially just want to have fun. but if they are out of control because they don't have game boundaries it will eventually make them play more longer and make them bankrupt. whatever goals in gambling control and restrictions will be needed.

If we talk about at a young age, we have a big passion to know everything and if necessary, we will search until we find what we looking for. And I glad that you can know how to make a limit on the gambling game because without making a limit, you only risk your money and will lose in anytime. For me it doesn't matter, I can do all day as long as I have the control in myself.
Gambling requires discipline and if we can stay discipline then maybe we can call ourselves a successful gambler.
I can also think of the profit but I know only luck can bring me profit, so I get more matured and stay on my budget, so in case I loss, I can still recover.

They must have a lot of money that their only past time is gambling. They must have done all the things that life can offer. So for me gambling is really a waste but for them it is the opposite.
