Bonuses are perks of the platform given to players as a part of the promotion. There are several types of bonuses available. For more detailed information please see the Bonus Policy section.
When can I start using bonuses?Bonuses are given and can be used immediately after refilling account balance.
Can I withdraw the bonus?Users cannot withdraw bonuses right after receiving them. Bonuses have wagering requirements to become available to withdraw.
What will happen if I still request a withdrawal?If you decide to request a withdrawal or disable your bonus manually before fulfilling the respective wagering conditions, all bonus funds and progress made in games will be lost.
How to make a deposit?Click on the Deposit button in the top line. Choose the currency you want to deposit: bitcoins, euro, TFL or altcoins. Complete the transaction.
What is the minimum and maximum deposit?The range of cash deposit is from 10 to 5000 euros. There is no minimum or maximum deposit for cryptocurrencies.
How can I make a withdrawal?You can withdraw your funds in the same Deposit section at the top line. Choose the currency you want to withdraw and press Withdrawal button to proceed.
Where can I find my transaction history?Your transaction history can be found if you click on the balance bar in the top line. We have added filters and diagrams for each currency, so you can follow the flow of your funds conveniently. On top of that you can always request your session log to be forwarded to your email.
