You're talking about Magellan, not Betchip. Two separate entities

It's not. The coin was developed and launched by Magellan. Magellan International was formerly known as CGI Limited, which was a MLM scam:

Basically this coin was developed by people who take advantage of others for a living. They have no morals and their sole purpose in life seems to be stealing money from their customers.
