You can't lose coins in electrum.

Start with some basic information:
  • Electrum version?
  • Operating System?
  • What EXACTLY happened?
  • What should have happened?

Without this information AT LEAST we can't help you at all.

What you are telling on that basis it means that you have put wrong wallet address to send or their is virus due to which the sent wallet address changed to hacker address and now you can see your coins are lying in that wallet.

Apart from that more help will be provided on the basis of your information given on the problem. You have to tell detail about what you have done and what went wrong.

You must provide more information in order to be able to help you.
If you see your bitcoins in the address you sent from then why do you say they were lost!!!
Start by checking your wallet balance on an online explorer (bitcoin can't just dissapear).

I believe the OP need to provided more information about what really happened as been said in other to have more understanding about the whole scenario because  with the little information provided by the OP there is no reason for him to lost the bitcoin since he was the senders and the bitcoin is still showing on the wallet which was claimed to be sent from.

those two are transaction out of your wallet? so you sent them from your wallet to where?
to a deposit address of an exchange? to your other wallet? to... give us a bit more details
giving us txids and addresses without any meaningful references don't help much
they only clearly show transactions are already confirmed and received on the other end

How much did you intend to send to each address?

Can you double check with both recipients (the exchange and whoever the other recipient was) that the addresses you sent them to are correct?

There is known malware out there that changes recipient addresses when copy-pasting, maybe you've become a victim of one of those.

Using electrum wallet version 3.2 3

What exactly your bitcoin address here if you send it correctly then you should receive it to your wallet.

Did you use electrum wallet as a sender and other wallets as a receiver?

Let me know which receiver wallet you are using? It might be the receiver wallet have server issue.

You need to contact theur support to get the funds back (expect a response between a few hours and a month though)...

Whatever the problem is it is not on Electrum's part. The exchange might be having some trouble with the deposit address they have sent you and it is taking some time for them to confirm that they have received your BTC. Can you tell me what is the name of the exchange you are trying to fund? Because if it is a not reputable one chances are your money has been stolen by them, as you can see the money you sent is already sent to another wallet address together with another "deposit" based on their latest transaction.

This is how every exchange handles funds.

You deposit to a hot wallet and they consolidate inputs. This is done so determine how long the tramsacion should need to confirm, if a high amount is set to a hot wallet, the confirmation will happen much faster

Yeah I know that as well, but based on what I have read so far even if the transaction is already confirmed the OP still doesn't see the funds reflecting in his account. So if we don't have more details about his situation we really don't know what exactly had happened to his confirmed transaction, and I am just giving the OP one of the possibilities on what had happened with his BTC.

The exchange site.

What was their full reply, can you quote it here? Did you send across the TXids?

If you don't even try to answer our questions, we can't help you.

If you truly want our help, answer our questions (at least in an anonymized way). I mean.. you obviously created a throw-away account.
We don't know your identity. If you have used some 'shady market', noone will be able to link it to your personal details.

At least TRY to answer our questions. They are NECESSARY to help you.

Did you backup your wallet addresses....

Please.. i am sick of these pointless posts.

There is NO reason to backup wallet addresses. They are publicly available and visible by EVERYONE.

What you meant to say (i believe) is whether he has a backup of his private keys.. But even this is NOT RELATED to this topic.
He sent coins to another address. He could delete his private keys if he wanted to (and everything else too). It doesn't change anything regarding his problem.

Do this community a favor and don't post 'helpful replies' in the technical support sub. Thank you.
