You posted in the wrong section, anyway I reported it to move to the correct section. About advcash. I used their services for a long time, every week they changed something, fees were constantly changed, their support service seemed to understand nothing I said, I paid the plastic card at the time that they issued virtual and plastic cards. I spent months contacting their support and they just told me to rectify my address and deliver documents and the card never arrived in my country. Well, I'm not accusing advcash, I'm commenting on my experience I had when I used advcash, but I hope they have improved their services, especially their support.

Advcash is in that group of payment processors which are on the edge of shady and being legit (payeer, PM, OKPay, to name a few). I wouldn't recommend them for storing USD funds in the long run due to the high risk of them being shut down by authorities at some stage, and/or exit scamming.

They serve a very specific niche including ponzis, and again facilitates transactions with some pretty shady entities such as forex platforms.

Unless you want to stay anonymous while transacting with USD that you want to exchange for BTC or other cryptos constantly, I would not use them. Even if that's your end goal, I'd still try finding an exchange which allows you to do that without verification. There is just too much risk with storing funds with Advcash given their legal ambiguities imho.

Their only advantages really is that they allow semi-anonymity, crypto exchangers will accept them as a deposit method usually without verification (but with high fees for sure), and that there is no fees for p2p payments on their platform. Other than that, their support is questionable and you're unlikely to have any legal recourse if they ever froze your funds, or get seized themselves.

Still, it was a popular service among us and many were used Advcash until the Mastercard fiasco. I used, and everything went smoothly until the last days and I was happy. Now it's a kind of ghost website., what to do there when you can do it cheaper at many places. Can't believe we don't have a solid alternative so far.

This is another big problem, by the quick research that I did, noticed that lately they are not being the favorite processor of hyip/ponzi sites, But bitcoin, dash, Litecoin, Perfect money and payeer have become the most sought after methods by hyip/ponzi But what makes me very angry is why the hell do these guys from the advcash ask people to verify their accounts when they accept obscure services like ponzi sites? I keep wondering where they keep people's documents

I used to have the card as well, it was convenient to pay with. When I  was not able to use it anymore they refunded my current balance within 2-3 weeks. It may seem long but I wasn't in hurry, so. It was the good old time of the BTC cards
