Has anyone tried using CoinArbs.info - I believe it is a scam - DO NOT send any money - I deposited some LTC which never showed up in my wallet on the site.
One of the reasons I thought it was legit was because of a link to this supposed Bitcoin forum page on their website:
*Link removed*
It looks exactly like this forum, even the users posting on this fake page are registered members of this forum - but the posts do not exist on this forum - it took me a while to notice, but the url is wrong - bitcointOlk instead of bitcointalk
I feel a bit stupid for falling for this, but wanted to draw it to the attention of this forum and its users to hopefully prevent other people from losing any of their money.
Hopefully I have put this is in the correct part of the site. Please move it or let me know if not.

It's my first time to see this domain of the forum's clone but anyway nice catch. And for the site linked, I don't know if how it totally works but its obvious that they're just new in the industry based on their whois, so beware of it as well.

They don't have thread here, original thread under that number is this one: Bitcoin dominance record. I thought this was phishing attempt but every other link is redirecting to this forum, even login button is redirecting to this forum. Wait, what the...? I can't believe this, SFR10, xtraelv and achow101 are shilling hard: ...and, I am disappointed with suchmoon's and Foxpup's merit distribution. Probably best part of thread is proof that time machine exist:
Can we somehow report this?

^ Haha, this is so fucked up and in the same time hilarious, sad that I couldn't find my name in there (possibly in another topic lol who knows...).
This is definitely a thread in Meta worthy, I'm sure that many people will be surprised to find their names associated with this bullshit. Man, these scammers never cease to amaze me.

Investors and members of the community should be aware that there are sites like this that wants to imitate Bitcointalk, be sure to bookmark the right site and check the URL if you are indeed landing on the right name or spelling of the forum, they can easily steal your credentials this is one of the ways to steal your credentials.

Sorry to hear about what happened to you.
but to be honest these guys are smart, i mean who would have though of cloning a whole forum i even spoke to the devil and he confirmed it was not his idea !, change a single letter in the url/domain, make a complete thread with all different types of member ranks , questions, answers . this is so much effort spent , much more effort than the old school of "send 0.1 btc to receive 0.5 btc".
thanks for sharing this , nice catch.

Thanks for your replies, I'm glad that I've been able to make people aware of these scammers.
Can't believe the trouble they must have gone to to create this elaborate fake forum page!
Good luck with getting the website blocked too mainconcept

If you see the name arbitrage in the future, just be extremely careful especially if some site tries to offer you an investment opportunity out of it. The thing is that arbitrage is not consistent, it can't offer the same rate of return on larger investments, so there is no way that a site could legitimately offer you that. We've seen countless amount of scams that use arbitrage as a cover story. I'd suggest removing the [url] tag from your post that links to the phishing site as people may accidentally click on it and be misled. Creating a fake forum page like this doesn't really take much effort on their end, all they need to do is modify the text put out there and the topic, really. Anyhow, you've learned your lesson. There are absolutely no magical passive income scheme out there that is legit, and the fact that they are not regulated by anyone despite offering an investment opportunity is just more red flags. Keep that in mind in future as you come across more sites of this nature.

And none of them have red trust, clearly the Bitcointolk mafia is protecting them.

I clicked on that link to check it out. Whoa! scary shit man. Never woulda known its a clone (oh, that rhymes... how quaint!) Hopefully it wasn't a <suspicious link removed> that plopped some drive-by malware on my box or some such thing. Yes it's true, being a legend bitcoiner who frequents these boards makes one paranoid.

Great news that the site is now blocked, hopefully this will help to deter others from depositing to CoinArbs - Thanks mainconcept
I have also removed the link from my original post as suggested - I can see your point magneto, thanks for pointing it out
