By the way, I would like to say that nowadays, it is very difficult to build up a success project, if you simply clone codes from some older projects, this case, PIVX. Investors have changed, and they will pay more time to investigate real use cases that new projects can build up. Without real interesting and realistic use cases, projects will mostly failed.
PIVX, on the other hands, has its own drawbacks, that let them and many coins that use code-based from PIVX abused so many times. I am not sure that choosing PIVX-codebase for your coin is good idea.
