Unknown reason autoban

Hi. I received limitation on writing posts and messages on its account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=547526 . I can't understand the reason for this. I think this ban is wrong, if I broke some rule I would like to know that. Anyway, I didn't want to do it. If this is indeed the case, I would like to admit my mistake and not repeat it again, if you will remove this restriction from me. Thanks.

Made a change to some proxy settings, and everything looked normal to me... looks like it was only working in my LAN.

This account he is using is obviously a long-dormant bot account that was hacked as well. Look at the signature and registered date:
