Looking to buy 10,300BTC at -5% gross, -2% net.
We have LOI and POF available on hand and can be provided straight away.
PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer prepares POF in form of a banking call from the seller to buyer’s bank officer. Bank officer will prove that the buyer has enough funds to engage in a contract.
2. Seller will send a Satoshi/s to show that he controls 10,300 BTC and that they are ready to transact.
3. Seller meets with buyer’s lawyer in Zurich/Zug to sign the SPA Agreement and IMFPA.
4. Deal Flow:
a. Funds are sent to lawyer escrow bank account (UBS, Bank Von Roll) at T-1 for the corresponding tranches.
b. BTC is sent to the escrow wallet in Crypto Finance AG at T-1.
c. Coins are checked by Crypto Finance AG. If coins are approved by the forensics transaction will continue; if not they will be returned to seller’s wallet and the agreement will be terminated.
d. At T and at a determined hour (e.g. 13:30 CET) buyer and seller settle the price of the bitcoins minus the discount.
e. Funds will be transferred to seller bank account.
f. BTC will be transferred to buyer wallet after seller received funds.
The transaction can be made entirely at T but given banking delays the above procedure propose to have a time frame of 2 days.
After the satisfactory transaction, we might be interested in purchasing 10k - 25k monthly.
