I do agree with you, I can say that I am one of them, but I still believe in cryptocurrency, I think we have to accept the evidence that we may lose a lot of money, we can lose everything, it's like gambling, this market isn't like other markets, it's baked by people, it's decentralized. But I believe it's the future, and spring is coming.
I admire your determination that is not so easy to find and if you keep that you will surely become profitable in the market but your journey is not going to be easy as the recent crash has shown to us, bitcoin is not ready to recover its previous all time high so it is likely the recovery we are all waiting for will take longer than many anticipated.

I try to be patient and wait for growth to begin. I will not sell my coins and tokens. now it will be a big mistake
Selling now isn't a big mistake for someone that has reason to do it. We don't have the same situation while we are dealing with this current bear market. I understand that most of us won't sell at a very low price but that doesn't mean all of us can bear it.

That is much better if everyone would remain faithful and keep the "HODLING" attitude but as I've said, not everybody can do that. There are few holders there that can't bear with their emotional loss and that's pushing them to sell even at this moment.

selling is indeed not a good choice now, if you sell the assets now then you will experience a big loss

rising or falling waves are caused by many things and factors. indeed in the speculation market it is natural but if we collect information from the news we will know a little about what happened in the market

Now there is a big panic on the market ... many investors have already lost their money .. growth will be in a few months, I am sure of that

True, but how many people are going to sell because they have a plan about how to benefit from the market or another legitimate reason like that and how many of them are going to sell because they are panicking and they do not want to be in the market anymore? It seems to me the latter group has many more people and that is why people recommend not to sell even now.
