I assume you choose the default address by yourself, right? In that case it should be in one of your wallets.
If someone else owns the address, you've lost your coins.

Bitcoin transactions cant be reversed. There is no customer support or Bitcoin expert that can help you if you sent the coins to the wrong address.
Just be careful next time when entering your address.

You mean what withdraw address freebitcoin gives in that address you have withdrawn. When you opened your account did you placed your bitcoin wallet address in profile so that when you request withdrawal you get it in your bitcoin wallet, because when you open the account they by default place a address in your profile wallet which i think is not accessible by you. That you have to change it and if you have not changed and asked withdrawal on it then i think Admin from Freebitcoin can only help you.

You can either contact this user, link given below"

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=154142

or else contact on their official thread, link given below"

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=319540.6380

apart from that no one can help you in this problem.

Are you in control of the 'withdrawal address' ?

What wallet do you use? Who did choose this 'withdrawal address' ?

If this address does NOT belong to you, you can't access to these BTC.
If this address IS yours, you can access it by using the wallet it belongs to (which wallet(s) are/were you using ?).

I just registered a new account to test the case and yes, it is weird but you have a default address assigned to the account :

This is the address:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1LxYVvWR4Am1rcsRze6yqCQ1E1sAa7PMBX

It is unacceptable for me to register with a default given address to which you have no access /pkeys to.
If it is not possible to register without address then when you try to withdraw should appear a warning message to change your default Bitcoin address to one you have control over.

Contact the support. TheQuin is your man, you can probably PM him with the link to this thread.

You can choose a wallet when you register, it requires only email and password + Captcha. That's all. Nowhere you find info that you need to change your address.

That is weird indeed. Last time I used it (years ago), it asked for your address instantly, and that address was used to log in.
The FAQ says:
Quote
You should ensure that the correct withdrawal address is specified in the PROFILE page before requesting a payment or enabling auto-withdraw.
And although it is common sense that you can't withdraw to your own address if you never entered it, it's also something you can easily forget if you come back to the site after a while, and see an address already.
But I see no wrongdoing: I've created a new account to test it, and the default profile address is also the deposit address. So I assume OP's withdrawal was credited again to his own account (minus fees).

Oh, I have noticed this just now after you mentioned it. But I still think that there should be a way to inform the user that his default address should be changed if he wants to withdraw. The fees are not so big, yeah but no need to loose money for nothing.
