What does this mean for holders of these pairs?

If you hold funds in any of the pairs set to be removed, there’s no need to worry. Your assets are completely safe and unaffected. You’ll have the following options:

• Exchange your funds into other available pairs before December 1, 2024. Just head to the trading tab and choose an alternative that works for you.
• Leave your assets in your account. If you don’t manage to exchange them by December 1, no problem—your funds will remain secure and can be withdrawn from the platform at any time.

We’ve made this decision with the stability and quality of our services in mind. By removing inactive pairs, we’re able to streamline our infrastructure, reduce the technical resources required to maintain unused pairs, and lower potential risks.

Of course not - it just reflects the fact that when you serve millions of people, you’ll always have unhappy users too.

Same here: Turbo Exchange runs through a third-party provider, and opinions in the community about them are mixed. That’s why we present it transparently as an optional extra tool - fast and simple, but not the only way to buy or sell crypto with us. You're partly right - ChangeNOW is indeed one of the liquidity providers we’ve tested for external fiat-crypto routing, but it's not integrated into our core exchange engine. EXMON itself operates fully independently - deposits, withdrawals, P2P, and marketplace transfers are all handled internally and remain KYC-optional.

The "KYC-free" part refers specifically to EXMON's own ecosystem: users can register, trade, transfer crypto by email, and use P2P without any verification if they wish. When an external liquidity bridge (like ChangeNOW or others) is used, their compliance rules may apply and that's clearly stated.

We're currently working on implementing our own fiat on/off-ramp infrastructure to handle such transactions directly. Once it's live, we'll no longer rely on third-party intermediaries even in this area - keeping the entire process fully under our control, transparent, and user-friendly.

After I signed up I deposited some ETH.

I contacted support because my deposit was not credited for suspiciously long time. Their response:

Hello! Thank you for contacting support. The deposit has already been successfully credited to your account. It required 3 confirmations, and your transaction received 176 — well above the threshold. We apologize for the delay in processing. Occasionally, deposits may be temporarily held due to automated security checks or brief synchronization issues between systems. These measures are in place to ensure the safety of your funds. Everything is now resolved, and your funds are available. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out — we're here to help!

The deposit was indeed credited (but with unexpected delay).

Some of the ETH I put on the "flexible EXMON earn".

I made a limit order to sell ETH (ETH/USDT pair). After some time I cancelled the order and made a new limit order with higher price.

But that order disappeared from the order list.

For some time the previous (cancelled) order appeared on the list.

But after some more time the first (cancelled) order also disappeared.

I made a small withdrawal of ETH to test if this feature will work. It worked.

So majority of the deposited ETH is locked in an "invisible" pending order that disappeared. Some of the ETH is in the "flexible EXMON earn" product.

I contacted the support, first they said not to worry, my ETH is safe.

We’re still checking the order in detail — it’s taking a bit longer than expected because we want to review every step carefully. Your ETH is completely safe, and we’ll update you as soon as the verification is finished.

But after some time they locked my account due to "exploit".

The activity observed on-chain has been classified as suspicious and has been referred to our AML/Compliance team for further processing. All related activity has been logged and retained. Withdrawals and trading remain suspended. Further actions (including asset disposition or reporting to relevant authorities) will follow according to platform policy and applicable regulations.

EXMON maintains a formal Bug Bounty Program for responsible vulnerability reporting. Instead of following that procedure, you engaged in actions consistent with unauthorized system testing and potential exploit attempts.

An on-chain audit of related addresses confirmed irregular and linked activity patterns. Based on this, your account was restricted in accordance with Article 35 of the EXMON Terms of Use.

The case is now with our AML & Compliance department for further processing. For confidentiality reasons, we will not disclose more details publicly. You have already been notified via email and may submit a formal appeal at compliance@exmon.pro

My actions were responsible.

After I noticed the issue, I contacted support to report it.

The issue was that my limit order and the funds associated with it disappeared.

I was not going to make a public post, but after you accused me of "exploit" I changed my mind about writing a public post. Because at first I did not have a reason to suspect that you were not an honest exchange. But after accusing me of "exploit" (and you did not return my funds you hold), I concluded that your actions are not honest.

How am I "exploiting" if my funds are under your control, and you refuse to give them back to me? The bug in your system caused my funds to become inaccessible. Placing a limit order and canceling the limit order because I changed my mind about the price is considered normal trading behavior. Placing funds into a "flexible EXMON earn" product is normal behavior. The reason for my small withdrawal of Ethereum was to check if withdrawals work (I decided to withdraw the remaining available for withdrawal funds after I noticed some of my funds were missing).

I see that my funds (the part of the funds I was not able to withdraw) are on the Ethereum address controlled by your system (the deposit address of your exchange). Therefore, you hold my funds.

The thing that is not normal trading behavior is your platform not working correctly (limit order and the funds associated with it disappearing) and refusing to return my funds.

It is not "unauthorized system testing":

* Placing a limit order.

* Placing funds into a "flexible EXMON earn" product

* Canceling the limit order.

* Placing another limit order

* Reporting a bug to you (about the order and funds associated with the order disappeared)

* Withdrawing the remaining balance
