Position: Local community manager.

A full-time community manager required for a blockchain-powered platform. Arbidex – the blockchain powered platform provides cryptocurrency traders with a much-needed solution, by enabling them to trade via a single platform interface on different exchanges, whilst also offering an automatic trading algorithms. Arbidex team is looking for a freelancer who can help to build and to develop a community on his native language. 
 
You will need to be a confident communicator with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills and have experience of working within a challenging and high-profile environment.
 
As a community manager you will be responsible for:
 
• Leading the community on your own native language
• Translating articles from English languages to his native
• Attracting new clients/investors
• Playing role in the development of the community 
• Ensuring a high level of customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting, pro-actively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
 
The successful candidate will:
 
1. Have customer service experience working for an organisation 
2. Have at least one year of experience 
3. Have a passion to achieve a success 
4. Strong problem-solving, reporting and presentation skills 
5. Have an excellent command of the native and English languages, both in verbal and written communication
6. Be highly organized 
7. Have a good knowledge of PC skills and the ability to learn internal IT systems 
8. Be able to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary and to work as part of a team
 
The successful candidate will get: 
 
1. Salary per hour
2. Bonuses for attracting new investors 
3. Bonuses for selling tokens

All services offered that are paid with bitcoin are posted on Services.

But I don't think that you are going to pay with btc as you mentioned that selling tokens is included to the job description. You can look for a community manager on Marketplace (Altcoins) if you will pay with your token. Be clear on your compensation so applicants are aware of it.
