Bitcoin to 4000$?

I cannot see any solid reasons why BTC could not fall below 4000$. I can see it easily dropping to 1000$ range. This kind of a downward spiral we have right now has a great chance to trigger a massive chain-reaction (maybe it has already started) where coins will lose high % of their value with some days.
Those massive sell-offs mean that order books will get totally obliterated.

Just cut your losses when you need to, no need to suffer. Better times will return.

I really think this is caused by the $usd coins being used by big company's.. They are printing alot of $$ then they just pump and keep pumping ..
Now, the real value is showing off, they are withdrawing to pay the taxes maybe.. this will never end, it will, only if the community stops these games..

My plan is to wait for BTC to rise again. Well I am just waiting from May 2018 and I can still wait more. I am also thinking to invest more in BTC and ETH. I don't know why most of the people are cursing crypto currency from last few months.

It could reach $4k or maybe go low than that as the price isn't showing any improvement yet. But it won't go to such levels that its existence would be at stake.If you are in for long term, trust the code not the market at this point. Price will recover but all what is needed is patience.

Yes is possible to go to 4000$, my portofolio is not look so great now, but even if bitcoin will go even lower i will still hold and not sell because i think most of coins i hold will grow once bitcoin will start grow so i have nothing to lose now because i'm in profit from last year and even if i not make a good profit this year i'm still in +.

I can say this is possible since it's nearly close. If the price didn't recover in December, maybe we're going to see a lowest $3500 in remaining of 2018 or next year or it can go even lower. But don't you worry, at this moment, you really need to be calm, be optimistic and keep your faith in btc. We've been here in this kind of situation before and we got up. but the price of bitcoin has stopped falling now and is still stable at $4500. do you think is it possible to go back down to $4000? I think that might happen, I suggest if you have bought at a low price yesterday, sold a portion and saved a portion, just to keep up if the price strengthens again or correction happen again..

It is already close to 4000 dollar levels. I can't believe we called people who said 4800 was possible crazy just a week ago. If anyone said 4800 was coming a week ago I would be like this person is a fudder and he doesn't understand economics at all. Now we are lower than 4800 and I am afraid of getting to 3300 levels of resistance. I have learned my lesson not to call anyone crazy for going low predictions because even if the price goes back to 800 dollar levels I won't be shocked anymore.

The thing that kept me hope up was the miners and we are lower in price compared to what it cost to mine bitcoin. If the cost is higher to price it means we are at a level of unknown, it could drop insanely and we wouldn't have any reason not to. Mining cost was the only indicator I used but we are way below that now.

I sold them when they were $ 5k5. I think the bitcoin will be $ 3200 in the future. Sell early and you will have money to invest in bitcoin again. That will make you more money in the future if the price of bitcoin grow to $ 20000 as late as last year.

Lol before you created this thread bitcoin value has already dropped to $4000 level and almost dump below this level
I have no other plan but to continue holding,even if the value drops to $1000 or lower yet this cant stop me from trusting this cryptocurrency for the future and the technology

I'm not against btc in anyway, trust me, i trust btc even more than "real money'' .. That's not the reason behind my thread, i opened it to know whether peoples are feeling sad or they feel the vibes, this is bad for "slow minds'' but this is extremely great for begginers to start from a good point.
Remember that we can trade, we are not obliged to HODL. You can always trade and start cutting the loss, there's a bigger chance to earn mate.

Heres my view of this approach to 4000 area.   Its bottom of the channel for this move roughly -



We can go two ways of course, as always its never easy to see immediately which it will take but this could be a test of the prior bottom then we rise or its fails in that test.   I'm still bullish, it seems wrong to be negative after this move when it should be catching people off guard and checking those shorts out and then finally deciding its longer term direction.
