Some categories of this companies must meet a specified capital requirement to operate and be registered on the bockchain, and to be strong and reliable.Example: an insurance or mortgage company will need to lock up atleast 1million dollar in the blockchain main stablecoin. The stabecoin wont be under their control. We will encourege users to only use registered companies/institutions. We wont prevent non registered companies from operation due to the pemissionless nature of blockchain. Small companies could merge with similar ones to meet the requirement.

Our cryptocurrency wont be allowed on certain exchanges to avoid dangerous price manipulation. It will monitor the exchanges to auto detect and block those that are involved in price manipulation .

Finally, building a floating Nation will become easy when this Cryptocurrency is competed.
The Floating Nation could easily be built from the cryptocurrency economy. It can aslo be named after the cryptocurrency. All the industries and institution on the bockchain can then begin to replicate their virtual infrastructures on the floating Nation with their data remaining on the bockchain.
