I also believe it's going to go down more, the capitulation phase may last anything between three to 9 months in my books with a very long drawn out sideways bear market. So this bear market will last I think for a minimum of nearly two years. We just need to find a way to survive until then. I don't think things are going to get much better in the next few months and there is no sign of a Holiday Pump if that's what everyone is waiting for. This is NOT 2017, this is a horrible bear market 2018 year which seems to have no end in sight. I am really fed up with it right now lol.

I think bloomberg is right, my estimate all along has been $1400, and that's for the new floor, where btc will pump along $1400 to $400 is a real possibility.

There is so many analysts novadays that everyone of them have own predictions . One predict 15k by the end of year , 1 predict drop to 1k and so on . And how do you exactly know how deep the price will go and that current dump is only beginning? I know that everything is possible when Bitcoin is involved but I don't like dramatic speculations and claims based on nothing, without any solid ground or argument. This only makes more panic and creates confusion among users that is not really necessary.

You are right about the recovery time, could also stretch over a longer period of time, even into 2020. As for the price, it may be going to $3000 or not, you will never know where is the bottom or the top, is very hard to hit one of it, this is why you need to buy all the way down when you want to accumulate or sell all the way up when you want to take profits.

I don't believe that Bitcoins will collapse going ahead in 2019, we're on the cusp of a bitcoin rally it's only a matter of few days. The bottoming in bitcoins has ended, and now it's finding strong resistance at 3600$ levels, some more push and we'll reclaim 5k levels. If you're not aware then do note, that Bakkt and Nasdaq bitcoins futures are launching in Q1 of 2019, which shall send bitcoins prices soaring to the moon.

Buying at $2500 or above it does not reflect how you behave on the market or how you are as a trader. First of all bitcoin is known for its ability to hold such huge amount that reflects its price, second it is known for years and so buying it at any point price range is never wrong since its can possibly increase its value. No one will lose if they just hold up until 2019 comes.
