I'm an experienced community/bounty manager preparing to launch my company which basically will provide Community Management services. I am expecting some suggestion in terms of pricing, guideline to promotion strategy and other stuffs. I will also pick professionals to work with me so those that are skilled in one way to the other related to community/bounty management are free to pm me also. My telegram handle is @lasisi123

All suggestions will be Highly Appreciated .

Frankly speaking, you don't look experienced at all... An 'experienced' community manager would never make an all-caps thread title... My suggestion would be, try to disable that Capslock before creating a new thread next time...

Put together a website and a plan really on what kind of service are you capable to provide.
For pricing, find out first what your time is worth and then base it on that.
For customer acquisition, you can hit up your past clients and see if they can refer you to anyone else.

Most ICOs now are having a hard time, and honestly, they don't need a moderator to watch their telegram channels, since the chats are not that active nowadays,
so they about ways you can bring actual value to your clients who are straight up looking to raise money. Maybe start building a pool of ICO investors if what you are looking to do is help the projects raise funds.

Anyways, hope you do well in your adventure. Good luck

uhh ok, sounds believable  Roll Eyes

Before creating that community management services, it'll be much better to establish yourself in this forum first otherwise, it would be really hard for ppl to trust you. Additionally, there's also the competition since well establish ones are already here, so the question of "why would people choose yours instead of them", would arise.

i would suggest you become a member of the community yourself. Don't just respond like you're a robot, encourage conversation, let the community be themselves and just focus on providing a safe and focused space.
