script does batch payments, so any small amount below 0.5 $ is help and processed as soon as collective amount of small bets is over 10$.
its doing with minimum fees + all transaction pushed together means very less of fees paid.  also this project uses child pays for parent method to boost low fees txn like with 1.1 sat fees with those paid 10 sat/bytes.
