Blocks factory

Hi There I hope everyone is doing ok.
I am new to the blocksfactory Mining DGB. I am trying to do a payout of a minuscule amount before I just plant my miners there and let them be. I have input my DGB address but when I hit cash out i get the below msg. Is there a trick I am missing?

Fatal error: Uncaught BitcoinClientException:

• : validateaddress requires a Bitcoin address thrown in Unknown on line 0
