We do not have to complain about lost losses. We must have the power to go forward. Some have lost because they panicked and sold below the cost of the investment. And for them the past is a lesson that will make them stronger in the future. It's time to start investing again. Now is the right time. Just go through previous market statistics and read the new and precious information on this forum.

Now everything is really bad, but the market is cyclical, and after the fall there will be growth, although it will have to wait, but there will be growth.

Such a market is a check for all tokens, so that eventually the strongest tokens will remain in the market for a long time.

I agree, because of such events, the whole industry is taking a step forward. Here, for example, I heard that KFS will start to use Dash as a payment method.

Sometimes I'm in bad mood and I want to leave crypto at least for a while, but having spent here for a long time I remember the opportunities that got through this. And this is really a sphere that gives a second chance, so start all over again makes sense.

One more example. My favorite game crypto project is MobileGo. On the past few weeks, they've launched a few betas, their token (MGO) accepted as a payment method in several hundred games and finally, I can generate their coins via my computer

People should shift their mindset and think about regaining their loses instead of Lambos.
For a long time we had almost no movement as btc stayed in the $6000 range for a full two months.
Now that things are going back to up and down again, there is plenty of opportunity.

The first hing you can do is to buy back in.
It's simple: if you bought 1btc at 10K and then now, you buy another 1btc at 3.4k, than your average cost per token would be around 6 or 7k.
You can do this to make back your losses easier.

Also, with volatility there is more opportunity to buy low sell high.
It's best to do these with established high volume coins, typically the ones in the top 20 on a high volume exchange like binance.
Make aplan to systematically cash out until you've made back what you lost and voila! You can think about being in the green again.
