basically everything depends on ourselves in making the decision to be able to take advantage of the current market situation, even though we have suffered heavy losses but now the prices of all coins are at a fairly low level, so we can start investing again and get coins at a price cheap. on the other hand we can also increase the value of assets in a portfolio that has gone down very deeply.

Not all of them, some are still patient until now.
Those who are weak only are selling their coins at a loss and I'm sure they'll blame themselves once crypto starts to be attractive again.
Some of the panic sellers does not completely quit crypto and therefore they will also come in FOMO when time comes.

Yeah, you can. The number one rule of success is to never give up and also do away with fear of failure.  I have been there before, after my wallet was hacked and I lost everything I worked for. I was really down and frustrated but in my mind I knew giving up was not an option. I gather enough courage to start again from the beginning and I been getting result. Once you tell yourself you can't, you won't. Put on your positive thinking cap on and make  all your dream a reality.

i thinks its not fairy tale.but its the fact that will coming soon in cryptocurrency market.much fundamental that support histroy will repeat it back.for example etf and BAKKT trading.

Don't believe in bad things continuously from others because no one can ascertain what will happen with prices on the market until now. Example that nobody knows the price of Bitcoin for the next few months.
