Really? I'm not aggree. Not like on last year, I was believe him because his statement and token sale who endorse by McAfee average good and success (not all). But as time went on, I thought he was just like a fortune teller hehe, made fail predictions (like me). Now, I follow CEO of Binance, his statement very clear and not excessive.

We should also be able to learn and predict the future as this will help our self also to make money and trade accordingly. One should be good with research and have a broader vision about how countries could react to it and can take decision. This will help to plan and predicts accordingly and we can also be the Mcafee in coming years.

Even after lots and lots of criticisms he'll come up with predictions giving hope to the bitcoin users. Earlier whenever popular cryptocurrency analysts come up with large scale predictions the market gets impacted to some extent. Such a strong mind of him gets the crypto man of the year.

John Mcafee attracts a lot of haters but I still think he is more good than harmful for crypto.  He helps attract new users, even though he got caught accepting money to shill projects I believe he has good intentions.  He doesn't want the government to have control over everything we do in our daily lives.

We all receive some money to promote some project, we all wear signatures. I think he said once that he believes in projects he advertise, maybe he really do, he even got money for that, good for him. In that manner I will agree with you, what ever he did or doing is good for crypto, he have his opinion and he share it with everyone. It's one of the good things about crypto, transparency, freedom of speech. It's not matter do we like him or not, we do need to give him some respect for his fight against government, for freedom. Personally I don't like many things about him, but in some matters he really have a point. Bottom line is that he is interesting guy, not so bad, doing what he can to survive, but I wouldn't say or vote for him in contest for the crypto man of the year.

Maybe the other prediction is really true or already happened but not all because I see some topics this man which is McAfee is prediction about bitcoin to become very high the value. I kinda reason with him on what he seems to be doing not even about him protecting or shielding Bitcoin from the government but on how he hypes Bitcoin.
Though, his predictions are most times quite unrealistic with those ridiculous figures he keeps calling. But looking at it in other way,  the guy is indirectly hyping Bitcoin to attract more investors.

I do not think you understand how McAfee works. He asks for specific money to shill a specific project. That is, he is paid PER Tweet, which is guaranteed to talk positive about it, that is,,, to be paid to shill.

A good signature campaign only advertises in your post, you do not need to promote it specifically. In fact, a good campaign would require you not to shill it. You can even criticize your campaign and still get paid.

But there is some truth in your words, no doubt this person behaviour is somewhat influential, whatever positive or harmful is a different question. For me this man is absolutely untrusted. I perceive him as a crypto-charlatan of the year, that's for sure.

I don't think so, It's true that McAfee is very known in the bitcoin community as a man who predict about projects and which ones will be succeed in the future, but I can't see any clear predictions until now, It's just false prediction and people still believe him, because he is so known, I think some ICO Project paid him for promoting their projects.
