Made a deposit to FJ, I have played here before and deposits were always quick to post.

There chat (says takes a few minutes) is worthless.

After playing there for years with no issues, I guess it's time to move on.

Checked the BTC explorer, the deposit is at the address, just not showing up on the site

So finally got through to customer service, being the deposit address was not used in a year they have to manually add the deposit.  That will take somewhere over 24 hours.

They said it's a bug in the system.  So right now, I'm still out .15 BTC and can't play.

The deposit address they gave you was not used fot a year?

Do they give for each deposit a separate BTC address?

IT should have given me a new address, they made it right.
